Shipping Coverage We currently ship across Egypt. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

• Cairo & Giza: 1–2 business days
• Other governorates: 2–4 business days

Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value — check our current promotions for details.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp to follow your shipment through Mylerz's tracking system.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails, Mylerz will try to redeliver. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct when placing your order.
